Mentoring Teacher Educators for Exploratory Action Research

Welcome to our research projects section, where we showcase the EAR projects realized as the first stage of our program. The programme brings together 3 mentors - Elyanora Menglieva, Nataliia Krynska and Sirin Soyoz - with 15 teacher educators from three partnered Ukrainian universities.  At its core, EAR is not about fixing problems, but about understanding classroom life more deeply, and this shared understanding shapes both the structure and the ethos of the programme. With the first phase now completed, participants - mentors and mentees - share the presentations of  their EAR projects.  Explore the diverse topics and findings that highlight the dedication and creativity of our researchers!
